Dr Les Dolega is a Senior Lecturer in Geography and Planning at the University of Liverpool, specialising in quantitative human geography, retail geography, and spatial analysis.
His research focuses on:
Retail centre performance and evolution
Town centres and high streets
Consumer behaviour and retail resilience
Spatial inequalities and demographic change
Advanced spatial and quantitative methods
He completed his PhD at the University of Southampton (2009–2012), researching the impact of the 2008–09 economic crisis on UK town centres.
